How do I change the filters?

Changing your AirDoctor filters is five easy steps!

1. Remove the filter cover.
2. Remove any plastic covering from the new filter(s).
3. Remove the old filter(s) by pulling on the easy-to-grip white tab.
4. Insert the new filter(s) into the purifier in the direction of the arrows on top of each filter. Always insert the UltraHEPA Filter first, followed by the Carbon/Gas Trap/VOC Filter with the attached Pre-Filter facing forward/toward the front.
5. Turn off/reset your Change Filter alert by simultaneously pressing and holding the Auto and Dim buttons until the alert light(s) flash 3 times and turn off.
