Please make sure to follow instructions for the How to connect your AromaTru app.
If you see a red light after connecting, the device was unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network and you should press Try Again.
If it is still not pairing:
- ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi
- try powering down your phone and the AromaTru, then turn them on again and attempt to connect to the app
- if it still won't pair, please contact our customer service for assistance
