Troubleshooting: There is a reduced amount of oil being diffused.

If your unit is turning on yet does not seem to be diffusing the oils, please: 

  1. Check your essential oil bottles and make sure to replace empty bottles. 
  2. Make sure the pickup tube is inserted all the way. Remove the atomizer from oil bottle and make sure the pickup tube is inserted correctly.
  3. The atomizer or pickup tube may be blocked. Inspect the pickup tube and nozzle and use the Cleaning Solution to clean. Check out our How to clean your AromaTru page.

In order for the diffusing process to occur, the airanizers (the four white pieces that are connected to the essential oil bottles) must snap down firmly into place. You will feel a mild snap when they are correctly placed. This is required for the unit to work. If you are not enjoying the essential oils being diffused, then this is likely the reason.
