AquaTru Connect Tutorial to Sync the Purifier to the New App

We're excited to announce a fresh, modern update to the AquaTru App! To continue enhancing your water purification experience with new features and optimal functionality, we kindly ask you to update your profile and re-sync your AquaTru water purifier with our app.

Step 1: Log into your old account using your old username and password

  1. Open the AquaTru App on your smartphone.
  2. Log in using your existing account credentials.
  3. Update your profile with any missing information (e.g., first and last name, email, country, etc.).

Step 2: Sync Your AquaTru Purifier with your phone and the cloud

  1. On the app's main home screen, tap the AquaTru Purifier tab.
  2. Locate and tap on the sync icon at the top right corner of your screen, and follow the

    instructions on how to sync your AquaTru connect.

Step 3: Sync your AquaTru to Wi-Fi

  1. Confirm your phone is connected to your local Wi-Fi network and your AquaTru Connect is turned ON.
  2. Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings on your phone. If you have an Android phone, click on the blue “ Go to Wi-Fi setting”. On an iPhone, navigate to your phone’s Wi-Fi settings page. Press the Filter Reset button (at the back of the AquaTru Connect) until the Wi-Fi symbol on the front panel blinks for about 15 seconds.
  3. In your Wi-Fi settings, select the AquaTru network “AquaTru-XX.XX.XX.XX.XX.XX and navigate back to the AquaTru APP.
  1. Press the blue “I connected to Aquatru” button.
  2. The Mobile APP will search and connect with your AquaTru Connect.
  3. Name your Aquatru device and select a purchase date. The APP will display a list of

    available Wi-FI networks.

  4. Select your home network and type your password. Unhide the password to check it is

    correct and press the “save” button.

The APP will sync with your unit and appear within 1 to 2 minutes. Please note that your

previous filter life and gallon consumption will transfer over to the updated APP.
After the AquaTru and APP are synced the wifi symbol on the control panel will stop flashing.

Once synced, your AquaTru is ready to use!
