This can happen if the level of water in the clean water tank is left all the way at the top, near the water level sensor. Through a phenomenon called “capillary action,” water can get into the handle and then leak near the bottom of the handle.
While this issue can be immediately avoided by always dispensing some water so that the level is well below the sensor at the top of the tank, please contact customer service if this issue persists, and we'd be happy to help you.
